1) Signing Up With OrionVM
The first step in using the OrionVM Cloud Platform is signing up!
To do so, please visit: https://panel.orionvm.com.au/signup/ and fill out the form as detailed below.
Step 1 - Creating your Username and Password
Please enter a valid email address and password (Greater than 8 Characters), accept the Terms and Conditions and click 'Next'.

Step 2 - Personal Information
Please enter your First Name, Last Name and Company details.
Note, if you do not have a company name, please enter 'NA' and click 'Next'.

Step 3 - Address Information
Please enter your Address, Suburb, Country, State and Postcode into the form, then click 'Next'.

Step 4 - Contact Details
Please enter a valid mobile phone and land line phone number, then click 'Next'.
A mobile phone number is mandatory as it is used for account verification. If you do not have a valid land line phone number, please enter the same number as your mobile number.
Ensure that you enter your number as per the international standard (E.g. +61404123456 for an Australian Mobile).

Step 5 - Credit Card Details
Please enter a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) into the form and click 'Next'.
Your credit card details are sent directly to our Merchant Provider and stored by them for future payments. OrionVM does not store these details on our systems.
After you have completed the sign-up form, your credit card will be billed $1 as part of the verification process. This amount will be credited to your account on your first invoice.

Sign-up Complete!
After you have filled out the sign-up form, your request will be submitted to the OrionVM team for Account Verification.
We contact each customer upon sign-up to verify your account, and then activate your account. You can expect to be contacted within 1 hour during business hours. User Verification may take slightly longer out of business hours.
