  • Command and Control -  (panel.orionvm.com.au) will be unavailable from 8pm to 4am. 
  • Instances - your instances will experience 15 - 30 minutes of down time at roughly 8:30pm. 
 

We are performing several upgrades to the OrionVM infrastructure, including several hardware/software upgrades to the platform. We will have a C&C outage for most of the period, and your instances will experience 15-30 minutes of down time. This is to allow us to roll out features such as private networking. 

We will try to minimise the impact of this upgrade as much as possible. 

Thanks for your support while we upgrade the system to deliver more features to our customers. 

 
10pm Sunday 15th May - 6am Monday 16th May  8H
  • Command and Control Stack (API & Web Panel) will have intermittent service interruptions.  
  • Instance Storage may have slightly degraded performance for a short amount of time per instance. 

Upgrade of the Command and Control stack was completed within the timeframe estimated. No instances were impacted by this upgrade.

OrionVM is scheduling this outage window to migrate our equipment from our existing racks in the Vocus Datacenter through to a private cage in Equinix Sydney3. 

During this time, all instances will be shutdown and will be restarted upon completion of the migration.
